My Sometimes Shuts Down and Restarts? What is wrong?

I have The Following Specs

Intel Celeron 3.33 ghtz

1 gb Ram ,512 @

Intel 945 chipset

intel 945Gcnl board

One time I changed Something In BIOS in 530mhtz to 667 mhtz

so the machine stopped working till i changed the Power supply

But since then it has this habit of shutting down for some reasons

and the internal speakers start beeping rythmically

So how can a change in the bios Fry up the Power supply ?

Is my Processor going to survive or are there some permanent defects?

By the way I have changed Bios Setting to default My Sometimes Shuts Down and Restarts? What is wrong?
Go into Bios and change it back to 533.You over clocked your RAM to much.My Sometimes Shuts Down and Restarts? What is wrong?
its all because of the overclocking that u do..

it is way to much from 530 to 6++

u can tune it back down to maybe 533 or 550...My Sometimes Shuts Down and Restarts? What is wrong?
could be overheating check you're heat sink and fan
