You can't practically convert a 220vac power supply to accept a 12vdc input. Your best bet is to purchase a dedicated carputer powersupply that supplies the neccessary voltages. The PicoPSU dc-dc powersupply is about $50usd and works great in a friends car. Your other option, albeit a bad one, would be to use an inverter. The dc-dc psu is cheaper, more reliable, and a much more elegant solution. Both will have lower wattage capacities than if you were using ac power in your home. How to change ATX Power Supply from 220v to 12v to put my computer in car?
You need an inverter to produce 220vAC from your car's 12vDC. Make sure that the inverter has about 1000W capacity to power up the computer and the monitor.

You can't go for the DC to DC solution because you will have to pop up the cover of your computer and the monitor to rewire the connections. How to change ATX Power Supply from 220v to 12v to put my computer in car?
