How to increase PC power supply output?

Hi. I have 400W PC power supply and i wana to increase his 12V output to 13.8V. Do you know what i need to change in that supply to increase its voltage. The power supply has some mark that says 400ATX-p4.How to increase PC power supply output?
Why are you going to increase the 12V? just because there's a label in the board that says 13.8V? The 13.8V maybe the max, but the 12V should be OK.

PC power supplies have multiple output. If you are going to increase the voltage other than the designed output, current draw will also increase as a result of an additional component added(usually a transistor step-up) that may cause the transformer to overheat and you are going to do another separate regulator and filtering of that particular output... not fun to do.
