How to change IBM x-series 346 power supply?

get an identical one off ebay, unplug everything from the computer, open the cover, draw a diagram of where all the wires from the power supply come from and go to, disconnect everything hooked to the powersupply, unscrew it and anything in the way, remove it, put new one in, attach all wires according to your diagram, make sure all cards are seated firmly all plugs are plugged in and plug in your keyboard monitor and mouse, cross your fingers and turn it on. you can always pay the 60-125 after you try. you have nothing to loose, go for it, you can do it. remember, nothing to loose, good luck
