Can any one tell me how can i check my power supply. Since when every i change power supply its work for 2-5 days and then same thing happen.

Did you upgrade your PSU as well??
Without knowing what it is I'd say try a new one...might not be beefy enough to run the new gear.
Antec do make a PSU tester....almost the same cost as a basic PSU but.
