That setup will be just fine, but just to warn you be careful overclocking, i consistently overclocked my graphics card and it got fried after a couple months, so you should get a cooling system as well if possible. Will this computer setup work?if not what can i change?
750 watts will be fine for over clocking. And If you are going to overclock you that far you need a better head sink. You computer will over heat with the stock heat sink when you overclock. But it looks good.

Hope this helps. Will this computer setup work?if not what can i change?
It depends what you're planning to use it for (primarily). Looking at your specs, you have enough for a solid gaming box. I would double that ram to 4gig though (at least). And 750watts is plenty for over-clocking. Wattage on the power supply is mostly related to how much more hardware you are planning to slam into your box. For example, if you want to get one of those Dual core video cards. But 750 is more than enough.
