This site will calculate power supply wattage:

Just remember that Power Supply Wattage gives you a general idea on what to look for BUT it is NOT a crucial factor in power supply selection! Total Amperage Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important, followed by the +5V amperage and then the +3.3V amperage. How big of a power supply will i need for this computer?
I would use this free online calculator for power supply's.

Power Supply Wattage calculator,

I would substitute a 9800GT for the 9600GT.

Why?

Your card pick,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as

-%26gt; 64 Stream Processors

You'll be disappointed, and wanting for a better vid card within a week.

The Evga GeForce 9800GT,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as

-%26gt;112 Stream Processors!

For $40 bucks more, (After rebate it's $114.99. Yours is $79.99 after rebate), you'll be able to have better frame rates, and smile bigger!

What about a case, and Operating System?

Edit: I would recommend this Psu.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as

OCZ StealthXStream 600 watt

Why?

Because if you keep this Psu at 118 degrees Fahrenheit, (47.9 Celsius) it can produce 728.8 WATTS!

Your body temp is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.

It has Four 12 volt rails, that carry 18 Amps EACH. Total is 72 Amps!

It has these power cables, (Tigerdirect shows the OCZ Psu better)

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/

A. 1 Main ATX 20 pin connector, with a separate 4 pin connector. (Motherboard power cable)

B. 1 -%26gt;8 pin connector power cable

C. 1 -%26gt;4 pin ATX connector power cable

D. 6 -%26gt; Peripheral power cables. (4-pin Molex connector cables)

E. 3 -%26gt;Sata power cables

F. 2 -%26gt; 6 pin PCI Express power cables
