Sounds like your computer is overheating....While you were replacing the power supply did you notice any dust under the fan for the processor? My computer gets restarted again and again. can anyone tell me how do I solve this?
I encountered this problem, and it was due to my mobo melting.

Yes, melting.

My computer would restart over and over, and everyone told me it was a virus. I knew it wasn't.

Finally I took it to a computer technician, and he diagnosed that something too hot had touched a fragile piece of my mobo and melted it.

I had to buy a new computer. :(My computer gets restarted again and again. can anyone tell me how do I solve this?
It could be a number of things. If you changed the power supply and it worked fine for a while, but the problem came back, there could be something about the motherboard that's frying your power supplys. In most cases, a computer restarting uncontrollably is the result of a mother board going bad... or bad RAM. Though, I've seen viruses cause this problem too.
